Leadership

Founded the Company-Wide PM Network

Most companies have dedicated networks for sales, marketing, finance — but rarely one built specifically for PMs. Project, Product, and Program Managers tend to work in silos, heads down, only coming up for air between sprints and status updates. The PM Network was built to change that — a grassroots, company-wide community for knowledge sharing, skill development, PMP prep, and peer mentorship. Not mandated. Not top-down. Just PMs helping PMs move faster and grow stronger together.

Created the Team's Operating Standard

When I joined the transformation team, there was no standard. Every PM operated differently — different intake processes, different templates, different ways of running a kickoff. Cross-functional partners never quite knew what to expect. I built the framework that changed that: the end-to-end PM Playbook, the intake process, and every standard template the team now runs on. The goal wasn't just internal consistency — it was making the team dependable from the outside. Now when a partner engages our PMO, they know exactly what they're getting. Same rigor. Same structure. Same experience every time.

Invested in People

Mentorship isn't a side project — it's a consistent part of how I operate. At any given time, I'm working with 2–3 mentees, offering candid guidance on career navigation, stakeholder management, and how to show up as a leader in the room — not just a note-taker. On the team, I train and develop incoming junior PMs on the full PM process: how to drive a project vs. simply monitor it, how to manage up, how to earn stakeholder trust early, and how to lead with confidence before you feel like you've earned it. People seek it out.
