Annual cross-functional initiative to BHN has sufficient gift card inventory and operational readiness heading into the holiday seasons.

KEY OBJECTIVES (2025 Project):
Secure enough on-hand inventory to last through end of Q1 2026 for all at-risk brands
Create an RTI (Real-Time Inventory) Roadmap for high-risk brands with eligible processors
Finalize the Holiday At-Risk OOS list and secure inventory by August 15, 2025
Determine BHN burn rates and establish go-forward thresholds for RTI enablement
Reinforce 2-year inventory requirements and determine an action plan with non-compliant brands
Align on marketing strategy and promo plans through EOY; order additional inventory as needed
KEY OUTCOMES:
At-Risk OOS mitigation plan executed, worked with inventory control team to identify low/OOS brands and created AM action plan to prevent OOS scenarios
RTI target list created for high-risk brands with eligible processors; some brands already transitioned to RTI per PI team
