Inventory & Fulfillment Holiday Readiness

OVERVIEW:

Annual cross-functional initiative to BHN has sufficient gift card inventory and operational readiness heading into the holiday seasons.

KEY OBJECTIVES (2025 Project):

  • Secure enough on-hand inventory to last through end of Q1 2026 for all at-risk brands

  • Create an RTI (Real-Time Inventory) Roadmap for high-risk brands with eligible processors

  • Finalize the Holiday At-Risk OOS list and secure inventory by August 15, 2025

  • Determine BHN burn rates and establish go-forward thresholds for RTI enablement

  • Reinforce 2-year inventory requirements and determine an action plan with non-compliant brands

  • Align on marketing strategy and promo plans through EOY; order additional inventory as needed

KEY OUTCOMES:

  • At-Risk OOS mitigation plan executed, worked with inventory control team to identify low/OOS brands and created AM action plan to prevent OOS scenarios

  • RTI target list created for high-risk brands with eligible processors; some brands already transitioned to RTI per PI team

  • Inventory Holiday Readiness Plan - live OOS risk tracking by brand across US, CAD, and CashStar
