OVERVIEW:
A new go-to-market strategy for Blackhawk Network - a new framework for how BHN sells and packages its existing full suite of services to Content Partners and, eventually, all business units. The origin of the project came from a need to drive additional revenue from low-performing partners and to articulate the full value BHN brings to avoid losing these partners
